1. Application on slender workpieces
In addition, due to the more concentrated heat generated by cutting and laser cutting machines, small parts in the heat-affected zone, the use of laser cutting machines to cut workpieces in the construction machinery industry can effectively control the thermal deformation of workpieces, especially for straightness requirements. 2. Application of multi-plate parts in holes
In the construction machinery industry, laser cutting circular holes, in the face of a certain thickness, as long as the diameter of the workpiece hole is required to be greater than or equal to the corresponding value of the minimum diameter, and the roughness and diameter requirements can be used within the scope of the guarantee of the laser cutting machine. Cutting materials saves the drilling process and improves labor productivity. Some workpieces contain more holes, use the laser point function to determine the position of the hole, save time to locate the hole in the subsequent hole drilling process, and also save the production cost of the drilling template, not only improve production efficiency, but also improve the accuracy of the product.
3. Applied to the reservation of the process gap of sheet metal parts
The process clearance reserved for sheet metal parts is also called check groove or process hole. 4. Application of plates and drilled plates in production
For some sheet metal parts in the construction machinery industry, for some irregular-shaped workpieces, in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the blanking part of the detection, use a laser cutting machine to blank the detection template, such as loose corners of bulldozers, excavator sticks and moving parts. The large plate of the arm, for some coil workpieces, when the workpiece installation and testing needs to be used and the arc of the model-assisted production and testing is consistent, in order to improve the accuracy of the workpiece production and detection efficiency, under normal circumstances, these workpieces use laser Cut blanks to produce models, and use laser cutting machines on samples for arcs and straight lines, arc plates such as bulldozers, excavator sticks and booms, curved plates and buckets, etc.
