The integrated shell design of ProCutter Thor is highly dust-proof and a prerequisite for long-term use. The cutting head can excellently complete laser cutting of medium and thick plates. The patented innovative "dust-free back" design - the back of the cutting head is the cleanest area in the entire cutting system, where maintenance related optical components and protective lenses are placed.

Continuously excellent cutting quality and flexibility

The extremely stable and drift free distance sensor system provides the foundation for a right angled end face with minimal burrs. Even at very high accelerations, it can ensure a constant distance between the component and the cutting head. The high dynamic response focusing system greatly reduces non production time. Therefore, it is possible to flexibly and accurately cut different thicknesses and materials at any time. It has become a leader among similar products due to its higher focusing response speed, and has made stable processing of thick materials possible.

Low service cost and short waiting time

When maintenance of the cutting head is required, this design allows for quick and easy inspection of optical components, necessary maintenance and replacement, and can shorten maintenance time by half. In the lower part of the cutting head and the fiber optic interface, various protective lenses are used as the core optical components to provide protection, significantly extending their service life.
