Aiming at the rapid repair demand that must be solved for continuous and reliable operation of large equipment under complex working conditions, new standard mobile laser cladding equipment is innovatively researched, developed and launched on the basis of original equipment. The equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, high precision, movable, high resistance, high stability, flexible operation, etc. The overall structure adopts modular design, convenient hoisting and transportation, small and convenient, beautiful overall design, fast assembly and cladding operation, and high cost performance. 

With PLC as the core, the equipment can realize the centralized control of laser, powder feeder and manipulator, and realize the laser cladding and additive manufacturing of various workpiece surfaces through the operation of the manipulator demonstrator.
