TODC-P series dust collector is the first in the world to use gravity and downward airflow to promote the self-purification process, dusty air enters from the top and exits from the top on the other side. The principle of dust removal makes the direction of the dust-carrying air flow consistent with the direction of gravity, so that the dust is easier to settle and remove, and will be brought back to the filter element.

When the dust collector is running, the dust-laden air enters the DFT dust collector from the top inlet, through the filter cartridge, the dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, and the clean air is released into the clean air chamber through the center of the filter cartridge, and then passes through the filter cartridge for cleaning, so the high-pressure compressed air will rush directly into the center of the filter cartridge and blow off the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge. The dust follows the main air flow and falls down into the ash hopper under the action of gravity.

The down flow dust collector can eradicate the problem of "secondary dust cleaning" and also improve the dust removal efficiency. (See the schematic diagram of the dust collector right side)
